My friend, which operating system do you use?Which one do you like best?Windos,Linux,Unix or Mac? I like linux,I found it's very interesting and it's very use to use, maybe some version is difficult but I like ubuntu,it's similar with windows ,everyone can use it easily.Besides it's more safe than windows, and it's totally free for anyone.Have a try!

Hi Yunzhbh, I came to your discussion, i am looking just the same for people with Linux experience or background. Do we really need to enter a course about Linux to run it.

Seeing what needs. I think that with any version without really working, it is habit, how comfortable your shoes :-)

I use windows 7 ultimate and find it really good, user-friendly and more secure compared to other versions of windows released to date... I have worked on linux as well but i prefer windows over linux, that may be because i haven't worked for long on the linux OS.

I use Fedora. the one i like best is of course linux(unix). I don't play windows games, and what i do everyday is just surfing the net. So i only need a browser. Linux is not more safe than windows. It depends. If a windows user is knowledgeable and does everything he can to keep his computer safe, then Windows can be safe as well. If a Linux user doesn't update his OS on security alerts, or surfing unknown sites recklessly, he/she still can get "hacked.". So it all boils down to how the person takes care of his computer.
