Eating too much

Do you ever believe that when we eat too much has a possibility to loss weight unlike those time that were attempting ourselves to stop eating? I found out that when we eat too much of rice, etc can make us lose weight because our vowel movement rapidly burst.What do you think?

i hate green i eat almost any thing and don't gene weight but some greens are good not all of them

I think it depends on what you are eating. If you eat an abundent amount of vegetables, you will not gain or even lose weight. Eat the same amount of some his calorie, fatty food and you will gain.

Hmmm I am thinking about this one, being Puerto Rican rice is a daily traditional meal and I don't know many skinny ones lingering anywhere. I myself am very slim but it takes a lot of working out and watching what I eat. I have however learned that dieting and starving never worked for me. I included exercising, drinking a a lot of water and eating smaller more meals has helped me be as slim as I am.

Yes,you did not slim if you didn't worked an exercise as well. but once you didn't exercise you come back from your original body figure.For me, I do always do that, dieting all over lossing and gaining. thanks for sharing your comments with us and have a nice day ahead. Godbless.

eating is very good job do you know one. i love eat in very much. always i eat anything. i my beat work that is only. but it's bad one also. that is spoil our health also.

I'm worried I 'm meagre whatever I eat .I often eat a lot of food ,not stopping.I try my best to increase my weight,as a result I fail.Who can tell me the secret of increasing weight.

I don't think so. Rice has carbohydrates that produces stored energy when the excess intake of carbo is not used. Stored energy turns fat. The more the stored energy the more the fat is.

You are right but there are ways on how people lose weight. we have different sometimes that food makes us fat and on the other side there are also people didn't make fat on that food. I always eating rice every meal more than a cup because that's a normal in our meal and you know that?
