How will u maintain the fitness and stamina?

hi,health is very important our life.so we need halthy food in our life.we shold take more vegatable ans fruits in our food.we avoid to eat more rice.we should take more protiens andcolories. this is way to improve our halth maintanance.

i have food in daily correct timing and daily morning running 5 km ,i have mosily eat natural foods

My job takes a lot of my time each day, quite tiring and exhausting. Two things I try to do each day are physical exercise and yoga meditation. If the weather permits, and on days I get back home a bit early, I would go out to the park and enjoy jogging. That is one excellent way to keep physically fit. In the evening before going to sleep, I practise yoga meditation. That is very good for physical as well as mental health.

I set goals for myself. I try not to keep any kinds of foods in the house that are not good for me. I don't get out hardly at all so this keeps me from indulging in snack foods. I also have started a real small exercise regime. I set a certain amount to do each day. I check them off as they are completed. This helps as I can do some of the exercises throughout the day but don't have to do them all in one time slot.
