Blackberry

I overheard from a customer (while waiting for my turn) at a mobile product provider that those people using Blackberry usually have higher bills or expenses as compared to those who are non-users of Blackberry. It seems that there are features with the phone that automatically charges something without asking your permission. One example would be connecting online using GPRS instead of Wifi when the signal is quite weak, GPRS charges a per minute or per kb charge from your local product provider. I don't know about such though for I am not a user. But I think it explains well why that customer was ranting to her about how he could have exhausted all his credits with just using the phone (without calling) for just two days.
