I thought that this movie was awesome, but some people disagree.
Rotten Tomatoes gave it an 80% and some people said that it was only for the "hipster" generation.
Well, this movie wasn't just for the "hipster" generation, but it did kind of define us.
Scott Pilgrim, the protagonist in this movie, falls in love with Ramona Flowers, who just happens to have Seven Evil Ex's (known as the "League of Ex's, and they are called ex's as opposed to ex-boyfriends because one of them is a female).
This movie was funny, and it had me laughing from beginning to end, and if anyone here as read the Scott Pilgrim graphic novels, this movie follows much of what is in the books.
So, who got to watch is movie this weekend and what did you all think of it?

Actually I don't really get why people hate hipster so much , neither how hipster really does. But even if they rite about the movie is for hipster generation, I really don't think there's something wrong about hipster. Because the movie was too hilarious. I watched it twice, by my self and with my friends. We laughed so hard , especially the VEGAN things appeared in the movie, it was so so hilarious. I tot it was more like a comic movie (like marvel ones but without a serious thing about being a hero) then a hipster movie :|

I don't get it either because Hipsters are so funny. They take themselves too seriously, and it's great when you can prove them wrong. Also, yes the Vegan stuff was hilarious. I had friends who were like that, and they thought that they were better than other people because they were Vegans, and my other friends and I used to love to prove them wrong.

Yeahh!! Maybe the haters just hate everything =D
Ah, I never met Vegans in real actually. But seeing them on the movie, it seems that they are bit annoying with the attitude. lol..
I just wonder how could Scott still could love the girl very much and struggling till the end even after knowing that the girl was used to have many boys , ummm bad boys =D
But I love the ending , it was worth it :)
anyway, the movie was rated high on IMDb (7,6 /10) ;)

Saw it at midnight when it opened, and LOVED IT! Though I was set to love it thanks to reading the graphic novels as they came out. It didn't disappoint one bit. I don't get this whole hipster crap that keeps on being talked about the movie, it's not a hipster movie! The books weren't hipster, the creator is far from hipster! It is just a title thrown out there by reviewers and other internet folk to prejudge the thing and try to explain why they didn't enjoy it. It was a gorgeous movie and tons of fun.
