Do you think that the Referral Issue has been completely fixed in CloudCrowd?

Some time back, there was an issue in CloudCrowd in which the referrals were not getting added to the crowd of the worker. Although it has been fixed, do you think it has been completely fixed? Did your referral number increase after the fix? Will the referral system be broken again? Also, for those who got their referrals back, did you get the commission for your 'lost' referrals' earnings when they weren't in your crowd because of the referral issue? PS:- If you do not know what CloudCrowd is, its a Facebook application which enables a person to work online and make money.

I already blocked CloudCrowd from Facebook after failing me in their "credential" test. I know I could have just tried again, but I feel that it is such a pretentious site looking for perfection and paying cheap to get it. Anyway, I realized that they could as easily ban me when I reach the payout so I decided that it wasn't worth the effort. Frankly, I'm also a bit uncomfortable with an application attached to my Facebook account and having access to my circle of friends. So, it was an easy decision to block them. It was my way of saying that they failed my "credential" test as well.

I also failed the credential test. It was like cloudcrowd thinks that I don't know english or something. I felt very humiliated afterwards.

The reviewers of English credential tests are not CloudCrowd admins, but credentialed editors. They cannot slack off. If they do, then they could lose their editor credentials. That is why they would reject the applications even if there is slight mistake in it. If you have any complaint, you could post it here - http://getsatisfaction.com/cloudcrowd

So sad you failed in their credential test. If you feel that it was an incorrect rejection, you could post in the support forum and it would be reviewed. But since you aren't interested in CloudCrowd anymore, that's not required. About CloudCrowd having access to your friends' details, almost every Facebook application has that. But, until now I haven't seen any post on my wall by CloudCrowd application. I do not think they use the details from our Facebook profile, as it has its own separate sign up process. CloudCrowd doesn't seem to pull out information from Facebook profiles.

I don't like cloudcrowd now. I just spent over 40min fixing the english on a site as a test and failed. It is a joke I cannot redo the thing and cannot get to do such assignments.

I agree that its really tough to get a credential in CloudCrowd. But, that's what they want. They want the best editors. Yes, I agree that they should allow workers to retake a failed credential test. Since, they do not have a large number of reviewers they cannot allow that at the moment. But, a CloudCrowd employee did state in the support forum that, they could allow the test retake in future.

If you feel that your credential test was rejected incorrectly, you can post your complaint in CloudCrowd's support forum.

I have been a member of CloudCrowd for a few months now and never actually bothered with it. I occassionally visit the site to check if there are easy jobs that will worth my time but so far none has really captured my interest. either the job is hard or the pay is low.

Cloudcrowd?? I have never came across it, and i never knew it enables one to make money via facebook?? How does it work?? haha =D I have never trusted in referrals in anything, because alot of things can happen if one becomes overly reliant on them.. IF referrals are not active, our earnings will suffer, and the system undergoes some kind of maintainence etc, the data will be lost, making all the referral earnings gone.. Thus it's better to work on our own, to avoid the headache of such problems.. hehe

Yes! There is an application called CloudCrowd and you could work there and make money. It is similar to Amazon's Mechanical Turk. You would have to complete tasks of different levels of difficulty and you will paid for doing that. They does payment by PayPal on the very next Business day. You could check my profile, if you need more information or to see my payment proofs.

I had joined CloudCrowd before and got my credentials go down. I never continued after then. Anyways, no hurt feelings I'm just trying if I can pass their standard procedures. Its not really that compensate of the time you spent for their low paying site.
