Almost all HYIPs are scams. So stay away from them. If you want to make money online, you can try CloudCrowd. They pay through PayPal. You can check the payment proofs of mine in my profile.

They have to be strict. If they aren't, the workers will slack off and the quality of work will reduce. This will cause them to lose the clients and in turn the work will reduce. But, if you do good work, your credibility will increase and you will be safe.

I have earned from cloudcrowd. But they are very strict. Once you got error you will be put into probation and after some more probation you will be banned from these site.

Not as far as I am aware. PayPal does not allow such sites but you can always use an exchanger to switch PayPal to Liberty reserve for you. be careful as most HYIP become scam, I have never seen one I wanted to join till this morning. Best of luck

Most if not all HYIP sites are scams. Better off investing offline than these. Look up HYIP on wikipedia if you don't believe me.
