I used to work out at the gym last year. I enjoyed attending brazilian jujitsu or hiphop funk work outs especially when I'm with my friends. I enjoyed the use of different exercise machines, dancing room, and sauna. However, due to my tight schedule this year, I just working out at home during my spare time. I have a DVD of different fitness routines such as hip hop abs, yoga, pilates and belly dancing. Right now, I don't mind doing this routines at home even if Im alone. I find it pratical. How about you? Where do you want to work out? Do you prefer to be alone or with a company?

I usually work out at home because I don't have money to go to the gym. Gyms are expensive.

It is better to workout with company. Not only that you have more motivation but you will boost your confidence and make new friends. With friendly competitions you will gain more beneficial motivation and probably get in better shape faster.

I would love to but my friends are so busy to find time going to the gym. I hope I could work out with them again. I definitely agree with you that there's more fun when your not alone. You could feel the high energy and you're motivated to sweat more. :)

at home, even if alone. we have some fitness equipments at home complete with videos (i also have hiphop abs and some belly dancing videos). i find working out at home more convenient and practical. it just fits my schedule. it also saves more money. the only disadvantage to this is that it could get boring, because you're doing it on your own. so once in a while it's good to go out to the park to jog with others, go to the gym with a buddy, to a clubhouse to play dual or group sports to keep fit, or even to a dance studio for some cardio dancing.. if you get bored pretty easily with a fitness regime, then it's best to workout with someone who would keep you motivated; but if you don't have problems with your self-discipline and self-determination you could do just fine keeping fit on your own.
