Direct Referrals?

I've tried many things... Traffic Exchange, Blogging, Chatting, Recommendation in person by flyers, and even private messaging not to forget video sharing but it just seems impossible to gain direct referrals... Does anybody have a significant amount on Neobux? Would you be interested in sharing a few thoughts on direct referrals? Maybe a piece of your strategy?
