who wants to join me in a 90 day weight release program?

It's called weight release bc usually when you lose something your trying to find it or will try to find it. Once the weight is gone I don't want it back...Who's with me?? LET ME KNOW ASAP

That's actually a nice approach "weight release" that's cool. How many pounds are you planning to release? Count me in.
