alert pay quesiton

Okay, I got alert pay set up and I have money in that account. The trouble is that they need to verify my account. They said they made some tiny deposits into my account. However they are so tiny they don't show up on my on line account yet. I'm supposed to wait for my account statement... right I don't get one! So, we'll have to let the money sit there.. they should have to pay me the interest they get to collect while clearing it up, if it can be cleared up. any suggestions????

I have my Alertpay account verified. In the past it was very easy to verify my Alertpay account. I just need to offer my ID card and a bill scanned photos and then upload to Alertpay and everything will be done.

I don't remember seeing that option. They are trying to verify my bank account. Until then my money is frozen!
