a diet just for you?

i bet everyone on here has tried everything to lose weight... right? well not all work-out dvds are for everyone, not all "prepared food" that is sent to your door is right for every person. im not a fitness trainer nor a dietation. i am a single mother who is almost 100 pounds overweight. i went to curves and lost inches there, however i dont have the time or money to go back. so im trying to think back to what machienes they had there and make a workout routine for myself without having to use a machiene. i think everyone needs to find what works for them and stick with it. think about these things when choosing your materials to transform your body:
1) do i want to continue to do this workout?
2) do i like eating this food and will my family love it?
3) what fits into my schedule?
4) do i feel energized after this workout?
5) is this something that i can do for the rest of my life?
6) is this something i feel like giving up in less than a week?
answer these questions to help you. find your passion when choosing a workout. if you like challanges do something bootcamp. like dancing? a whole bunch of workout dvds for dancing, like calmness? try yoga. there are different things. or just buy some weights, bands and other things and create your own workout routine. losing weight is a battle but it can be an easy one if you have the right tools! good luck!

great advice, thanks.. i'd also like to add that you should have the right perspective in losing weight. you should try a weight loss plan not just to look beautiful, but to also have a good health and improved self-esteem. your goal must be to be healthy and feel good about yourself :) all the best!

Hi, my age is 23 and my weight is 62kgs. We don't calculate in pounds here. I regularly do exercise just to get the waste sweat and different particles from my body.So, that i am athletic. So, you try yoga for the mind relaxation and also few stomach exercises so that you will be look like an athletic person for sure...all the best
