Is the PS2 game USA format same with PS2 game NTSC format?..Thanks..

Well yes, the video format on US is NTSC
since most televisions on US are running on 60hz
same in Japan, and Pal on Europe which runs on 50hz.

Its the same. The NTSC (National Television Systems Committee) format is the format commonly used in the United States and the Asia Pacific rim. Hope this helps.
