From BlogSpot to Vox, I have already tested publishing my blog posts without using any plugin. I think WordPress can do the same as Vox although I haven't tired doing it yet. The technique simply uses a private email channel or address of the blog. If you email something to this address, it will be posted as a blog. However, there may be technical difficulties to hurdle doing cross-platform blogging. One problem is formatting. So, it's best to test how the target blog will process incoming email for posting.

I have not tinkered with my WordPress blog lately so I don't really know for sure. But since BlogSpot and Vox have the email feature without the use of any added plug-in or gadget, I was just guessing that it's already a default feature in WordPress. Try looking among the different tabs for a feature on email or RSS. If you can't, then most probably there's a plug-in. But even then, I think it's pretty much standard to WordPress because this is a very common feature in blogs. Anyway, I'll try to look at one of WordPress accounts if I can find it for you.

The feature is found under Settings - Writing. You'll see there a Post by Email section.
