How do I Avoid spending too much time on the internet?

I have been spending too much time surfing the net in recent time and it is eating into some other activities. How do get to reduce the time I spend on the internet?

Honestly, I think it's a very difficult thing to do especially for us who are trying to make money out of it. But I suggest you read a book or if you like baking or cooking, then do it. Or you can exercise. Go to the gym or just walk around in your neighborhood.

You could get a parental control program like Netnanny or CyberPatrol. Lol I had them recently 'cause I also spend too much time on the net.
