They is a common sickness in Africa called malaria, i do not know whether it exist in the western world but i bet i believe it kills faster than AIDS, if you don't give attention to it on time, it may take away your life. Hence, it comes with so many symptoms to it, such as weakness of the body, bitterness in the tongue, head ache, irritation, laziness etc. Believe that this sickness is cause by a very tiny insect called mosquito, as a cause of sucking your blood and transfering other blood into you.
