If you want to learn to program your maths has to be top notch. You can start with an easy language like PHP or Python is also a good one for beginners. Get a book from the library bookshop or amazon, there's a tonne of video tutorials on Youtube. There loads of good websites too. Remember knowing the language is not knowing how to program, that comes with years of practise and commitment. Good luck.
