Hi guys, do you know ways how to save yourself from messing up your life? Mind is Give up on feeling guilty. Guilt changes nothing. It may make you feel you're accepting responsibility but it can't produce anything new in your life. If you feel guilty about something you've done, either do something to put it right or accept you screwed up and try not to do it again. Then let it go. What's yours?

you are right blaming yourself and other people about the things that already happened will only make your life miserable and heavier to carry. So instead of sulking up about it, we all should let it go and move on, try to make the best out of every situation. On my part, I try my best to be a better person in everything that I do, so at least even when all else fails, I know I have done my best and I will have the strength to go on with my life without messing it all up.

i know how you feel, i still feel guilty for things that i have done, off-course i didn't harm anyone, but i did myself! till this day i feel bad for hurting myself for doing things that i should've done, but we were all put on this earth to make mistakes and choices of our own and we would have to deal with it if we liked it or not! so i would just say just live day by day!

That, what you just said there, and also thinking before you do something. So many times I see people not thinking about the consequences of their actions, not thinking plans through, or not wanting to take responsibility for something wrong that they've done. If you just think for a second 2 or 3 steps ahead of what you are about to do, you will 9 times outof 10 not do something you regret. Atleast that's how it works for me. Also, you've got your inner concious giving you advice constantly.

This does not save me from messing up my life, but I also have tried to stop feeling guilty. It just does you no good, most other people don't feel guilty when they say "no" to certain things so I decided I would stop feeling guilty as well. It is just not worth it.
