Hello guys On my way to stop cigarettes and coffee, i think to stop eating bread. It's not because i don't like the taste, actually i love it, but every time i eat it, i feel like i have eat something caloric. When i eat something other, like some dish without bread i feel great and also refreshed, may be because my stomach feels well. I need to loose 10 kilograms and that works fine for me, not because i feel fat, because this weight is killing me. I feel it more than everything, i'm lazy, when i start doing something, i get tired really fast and it's hard for me to breath. Have you ever stopped eating bread? And how that affected your weight and the way you felt?

Well i dont actually eat alot of bread but i dont think that getteing tired is caused by eating it. Before you said you wanted to stop smoking, now that may be the cause of why your are always feeling that you get tired fast. Bread is suposed to give you energy, but of course you cant actually eat to much of it because you might add some pounds.

This is and my problem too, sometimes, when we don't have enough money to fill my week plan for food, we eat what is at hand ... That's not good choice. Because bread with cheese and tomatoes is cheap, if you don't have money to buy something else for cooking. And sometimes i eat specially that.

It's good that you love bread but take note that eating bread regularly is also not good for the body as it's high in sugar content. Maybe just eating once a week will suffice. Have a nice day!

It is not a good thing obviously if you eat a lot of bread. After reading your discussion, I remember that I was absolutely addicted to eating breads everyday. It seems that bread is the whole thing for my dinners and my snacks and I can't continue my life without it. Yes, I ate lots of breads during my childhood. But later, perhaps our life level is increasing gradually, for no apparent reason, I was losing interests in it. Now, because I have eaten lots of breads, I have lost my interests in it absolutely.

I don't know what do you understand by lot of bread, i eat like 2 slice for every eating. Only when we eat sandwiches it's more than 2 slice, but we eat sandwiches only if we don't have something else, so that doesn't happen really often.

I think it's not necessary for you to stop eating bread.Although breads contain certain quantity of heat, they provide nutrition for you so eating bread is good for your health. If you are afraid of obesity ,you can just eat less breads.I also suggest you to eat whole-wheat bread that has abundant fibres and easy to fill your belly, which means that the number of breads you eaten will be reduced and also the caloric. In other word,Eating whole-wheat bread can help you to lose weight,it's one kind of health food. So I think you should just keep on eating breads because they definitely have their own advantage and good for your health. By the way,I think the best way to lose weight is to do some sports:)

That's the next step. Exercises at home. I'm trying to start it, but i have really bad regime of sleeping and working. So when i get up in the afternoon, because i have worked all the night, it's difficult for me choose what would be the first thing i have to do. I have to clean, cook, wash my plates, laundry - 2-3 times a week, but still happens, i have to make one shopping for different little things i have to buy every day ... And all the time is spent. Then the evening comes and i have to work. And just need to find the right moment, when i can spend not so much, but some time, for exercises. Also before i was eating one dark bread with fibrin and it was great for my body. That bread wasn't tasty, but only one slice with some other food was helping my fight with the hunger. I felt great and light. Unfortunately they don't make and sell it anymore.

Try eat whole wheat bread instead. It's a healthier option than white bread. I also learned that white bread can do us no good. It can even nourish cancer cells, instead of preventing it. So, the best alternative, eat whole wheat bread. The ones with brown color and with fiber strands from wheat.

I have not bread that I should stop eating if I want to loose some weight. Sometimes I eat the bread as an alternative for rice. But I have not try stop eating bread just to loose weight. In fact if I would like to loose weight, I can eat bread rather than the rice. But I also have not tried that. I did that before, however I stop for a week. Because I could not stand eating without the rice.

no suggar i don't think you should stop eating bread.you can eat it with limited intakes.whole wheat bread is good for your health.i love bread and sometimes i will replace my menu from eating rice to bread.so i am not recommend you to fully stop from eating bread.but consume it in moderation intakes.if you want to stop eating something start it with the salt and the sugar you use.there a lot misunderstand about the correct intake of salt and sugar that we are recommended to have every day.

Sugar i eat only when i drink coffee. I don't like to eat sweet things really much. May be biscuits with fibrin with the coffee, but i only eat one or two, can't get more, just don't like so much sweet food. Salt i really eat a lot. I know it's not good for the eyes. And also i wear eye glasses with diopter, but i'm not sure that's from the salt. I would compare my bone pains, because i got this problem with the bones too, but also i eat a lot of milk and calcium food and that doesn't help for my bone pains, so i don't think the salt if the reason for my eyes problems. I still know that salty dishes are not good for me, but if i don't put some more salt in my plate, i just can't feel the taste of the dish. I'll try to stop the white bread, because i know it's not good not only for my weight, but for other things too. And may be will start making home bread, that way i'll be sure what i eat, because bread bought from the store - i don't know what they use, but i really don't feel good. After only 2 slice i feel like i've eat 3 plates of some dish. That's not normal

I suppose eating too much bread could be too heavy and it cutting back a bit will certainly help with loosing weight. If you eat too much I can see how it makes you feel perhaps sluggish and tired as if you look at this way it is like a sponge and I do not believe the stomach can digest it fairly quickly. So don't stop completely as you will want even more, just eat it in moderatin and by that I mean if you normally eat two then only eat one.

It's really hard for me to stop eating bread, so i think i can't eat less. Will eat or won't it. It sounds extremely, but i don't like to be in the middle, where i have to count every slice. I know that i can't do it, i've tried ... But always when i eat something without bread, i feel wonderful, not hungry, and not overeat. It's great feeling
