What do you think about todays people

It seems that there are so many new things going on today and some can be pretty scary. I hear about this new world order, aliens, 2012.....global warming....insert many more happenings in here. Movies are getting a bit more far out and questionable, music, tel(l-a)vision, people....kids are becoming harder to reach. What are your thoughts on these or am I the only one seeing a slightly frightening merge?

Today it's hard to get to the heart of somebody else. People seem to feel like covering themselves in an envelop and the relationships between people become colder. I want to know many people and talk and make friends. But I'm afraid to start talk fistly. I think it's weired.

I think it depends on individuals, some are money minded whereas some are totally materialistic and it becomes sometimes disturbing if there are works to be done in a group. Some people are also selfish and even accepts that they are.
