What is your recommendation site for me to get the CHEAPEST price for booking flights and travel deals? And why do you recommend that? What is the best method of paying? And is insurance really necessary to purchase when you're booking a flight? Also please explain to me the luggage fees? And carry-ons though I already know the basics of WHAT NOT to put in there. I never flew in a plane before in my life, only a simulator... So what is the best class do you recommend for first time travellers on a low budget?

Hm...let's first start with the website. Best way to get cheapest fare is to search. There are so many websites these days that it is hard to say which one is best. One site may offer a good deal today, but another site may offer a better deal tomorrow. Plan your trip well in advance and search for the best deal on the internet.
As for insurance, I never bothered to buy insurance with plane ticket. I figured I don't really need it.
Luggage fees: It differs from airline to airline. Bigger airlines usually give a free luggage limit - usually between 15 Kgs to 30 Kgs. There are some low cost airlines which will charge you if you want to bring luggage. Best to check that with the particular airline that you want to fly with.
Carry ons: The usual - no knife or sharp things, no matches or lighters, etc. These days, they don't allow any form of liquid more than 100ml to be carried in the cabin. Even those need to be put on a transparent plastic bag.
