every woman wants to lose weights and gain a perfect body shape. Rope skipping is well known as a very easy, inexpensive and quickly losing weight exercise. My height is 1m58 and i was 65kg two months before. After doing some research i found rope skipping has many advantages and so i decided to jump rope.
I started doing rope skipping every day with only 100 skips. then i increase the numbe of skis and was doing 500 skips in 15mins everyday. together with a diet, in a month i lost some weights to 58kg. But while doing the rope jumping, i was not seeing any effects, weight loss on my belly. I thought the exercise was null and i stopped after one month. To my surprise when i wore my jean which was tight-fitting before, i saw the jean was loose. I had losing more weights on my legs. and my body figure was deteriorate. I know there are woman whose body is not perfect shape, you know what i want to say. ANd my body after doing rope skipping has become similar to theirs i.e inperfect. I dont like it and i want to get my body again or do some good exercise to burn fats on my upper part and belly.
Do you girls have same problem and can suggest some solutions?

i advice to not stop rope skipping, since it's been effective for you in losing some weight on the weighing scale. your body has also shrank although just a little bit. maybe in the long run you'll shrink a little more. sometimes it's the tummy that shrinks last when you exercise. i also experienced the same problem. i did some jogging but as i lost weight i noticed that my waistline wasn't really getting smaller, but i still continued jogging. successfully after six months my waist went from 29 to 26. yea, it really takes that long. you have to be very patient. and for the meantime learn to love your body shape. what matters is that your weight is down to normal and that you're healthy :)

Very useful and healthy content you shared here.
I agree with you.
But after getting some age it is not so easy to do rope skipping.
Easily we will get tired.

I have heard that rope skipping is supposed to be very good for you actually, but I suppose it doesn't really work out the stomach that much, when I think about it. Have you tried doing sit ups? They are by far the most effective way to deal with a stomach you are not happy with in my experience.
