Dont we need to love otherselves first before loveing others?

i feel like i don't love myself as much ? maybe that's why so its so hard for me to love others, am i feeling right?
do you think that we need to love ourselves before loving others?

Yes sweetie, we need to love ourselves, before we can even think of loving someone else.
I had the same problem, took some time off and sorted myself out.
If you get that done, you are ready to face anything life throw at you.
