Holy Cow! 44 MILLION child laborers in India according to a recent census bureau report

All kidding aside, what is happening to these kids is reprehensible.
Back to my feisty mood, we could send Obama there then there would be no jobs left for the kids to do.

As much as you may dislike the situation, the real fact is that these kids have money and food that they wouldn't otherwise have. Child labor isn't the problem - the problem is a lack of a viable alternative. People should not focus on child labor itself, but do something to make this unattractive to the children and their families. This practice wont disappear until the needs of the kids are taken care of in other ways.

No "kidding" pun intended....nobody can help this situation....the least by Obama....Until the population explosion is really brought into check, this is going to go on....The parents of these children are to blame...they know that they cannot provide food, education to their children but they still do bring their children into this world.....

No, you can't blame the parents for doing something that they themselves, and their previous generations, have done seemingly forever. Education is the key, and an alternative source of income. "Don't have kids!" isn't an answer anywhere in the world.
