If you encounter a psycho serial killer, how would you talk?

Let's say you are in that serial killer's house, tied down and locked up and he asks you some questions, would you answer freaked out, panicking, angry, tough, nicely kindly, or are you going to talk to him in a psychotic mindset? Or you won't talk?

I would talk monotonous, so that he/she would not perceive any of my words incorrectly. For instance, if you answered nicely, the serial killer may think you are up to something, trying to play with his or her mind, and just may kill you on the spot.

its not that i choose not to talk, but i think in such a circumstance, i'll probably FAINT,,, hehehehehe, but, if in case, i don't faint, i'll have to talk with him in a matter-of-fact way or in a firm way, but not to firm as to intimidate him,,, ^^

I think it would all depend on how scared I was. And, I'd most likely be terrified. Don't know if I could strategise. But, if I could keep my wits about me, I'd try to follow his lead. Give the answers he'd want in a way that I'd think he'd want me to give them. And, I'd try to humanize myself. Try to get him to see me as a person. It might not work (but nothing is guaranteed to work) but it would be something to try. To remind him that I'm not just a thing to have his way with but a person with a name and a story.

I would try to stay calm but not too calm because (as stated above) he might think i'm to something. I would also try not to give away to much information and try to negotiate my way out of the situation.
