whats the best course or degree to take in school?

hey guys, im planning to go back to school next year. im confused what course to take or any trade school because of recession nowadays maybe its hard for me to find job. im planning to take HCA to work for healthcare,or any healthcare course. DO YOU THINK ITS THE BEST IDEA TO TAKE HEALTHCARE COURSE?

Yes, health care jobs are in the top ten list for
best chance of working.
Basically, the baby boomers are retiring, so there will be a shortage
of health care, secondary teachers, and IT computers
positions by 2014.
Just make certain that what ever you do, have
a passion for it.
