Not as pften as I should. I use twitter to promote my business, so I think I should tweet frequently. But I have an outside life that does not allow me to tweet as much.

retweeting of my IDOLs tweet is what i'm exactly tweeting as long as I can update mt tweeter account even ONCE or TWICE a day is already enough...
for i am just a person who have 20 followers only :D and 17 following

I only tweet once or maybe twice a day at the maximum. Tweeting as much as you did while promoting a link comes across as spam and will turn people off! 
You are better off writing an article about the site you are promoting telling of it's benefits and then promoting that page as it will seem less like spam and more like useful advice to people who see your links on Twitter.

I have thought of that actually, but I didn't do that all at the same hour usually I post about 5 tweets at a time with a few minutes interval... it took me all day to do it. And all tweets are different.
Sure I lost some followers (I don't even know a fraction of my followers hehehe) but i sure hope it paid off.

I hope so Billl, I'm waiting for that pending status to be cleared for my last month's earnings for my activities hehe. Anyways, Redgage admin themselves encourages to use twitter to promote the contents. (I just hope I did not overdo it heheh)

I know twitter for a long time. However, I don't like it much. So, I don't often use it. I think it is not convenient. I only tweet 2-3 messages per day :)
