Despite of the Trust - People Still Backfight Their Fellow -

Good day to all. I am wondering why there are some people inspite of the trust that you have shown and given, they will still create a fuss out of small issue. Wherein, they will smile in-front of you then will say something bad when you are not around. I am thinking, why some people are like this, why they cannot move without doing any harm to their fellow. Despite of the trust that you have shown - still - they will harm you and backfight you when you are not around.
