Do you memorize cellphone numbers?

Philippines

I came across a blog. It is about cellphone numbers. And it made me realize that somehow it is true. I giggled realizing some things after, like how I used to memorize the number of the guy I like.lol. Good old days. This is the link to it (NOT A REFERRAL LINK): http://wongfuproductions.com/2010/08/look-whos-calling-phil/ Do you memorize people's number? Or your parents, or your hubby, bestfriend, sibling? I know my number and mom's number. I have to memorize my mother's number in case something happens. From the link it appears that there's a caller ID in the States, we don't have one in the Philippines, well unless you saved it before.

Back in the day I could keep up but with all my own passwords numbers and names I have to remember nowadays... It's just too hard to keep up. Not to mention people now have more than one phone almost each already and they always keep changing their numbers all the time, plus their emails, websites.. oy, no thanks... I'll just right everything down. Nice topic! ++!

Yes, I try to. When I get a new number of any kind, I will try my best to write it down. And when I get back at home, I will store it into my old cell phone. I also will write the number down in my phone and address book too. I can remember easy numbers when they are given to me too.

I don't memorize numbers. My memory is not how it used to be. The only number I memorized is mine. The important numbers I wrote in my notes and it's stored in the SIM and phone memory.

I am able to remember some important numbers. But now due to too much numbers in the phone and usually we will mark their name down, therefore, the numbers to remember is far less than before. However, do take some time to memorize some important numbers, who know someday you might need it (for emergency).

I always have the ability to memorize phone numbers. Sometimes I can remember a few numbers of one friend, like the home, office and handphone, that is if I call often enough. Caller ID works for me too, because once I see the number, I would recognize it and know who's calling. That was way back before handphone is used so commonly. Now, I think due to storage of numbers in handphones, I'm relying more on it than my brain, but I do still remember some of my closest friends' numbers.

No, I never try to do this because I think it is a taxation on the brain. I would rather store the phone number in the memory of my cell phone. That will do for me.

Hmmm... the only cellphone number I memorize is my own number. I can't even memorize my parents' nor siblings numbers, except those of my brother for which is only a number higher than mine. I think it is really difficult to memorize numbers these days, I mean, with people changing numbers frequently, it's tough to remember them all. Further, in the advent of cellphones which offer to memorize numbers for us, I doubt I'd still be motivated to memorize anyone's number at all.

I also used to memorize all those important numbers. And sometimes, unconsciously, I tend to remember the cellphone number of my friends or whoever I text or call often. I guess it is really a good habit so that if there is an emergency and your phone is unavailable for some reason, you can still contact those person who is close to you.

I think memorize cellphone numbers is a good habit.I memorize more than ten cellphone number. That is good for future time because,if you save all your cellphone number to your mobile phone suppose you lost your mobile,if you memorize numbers this types of situation very useful. My request to you you memorize at least ten mobile number that is good for you.
