I have been using vista for over a year now. You think it is better to switch to windows 7 now? Why yes and why not?

Windows 7 is simply the best windows operating system I have ever seen till date. The best thing of this operating system is its speed, smoothness and superb graphics. I mainly use my computer for programming, playing pc games, surfing net and downloading from net, watch movies and some basic tasks. For these works Windows 7 can provide the greatest performance with speed and consistency. I would rate at least 8.5 out of 10. Windows 7 is little tricky for me as some tools I haven't got accustomed yet like Control Panels and some other. Hopefully I can solve my problems and proceed further. I am using Windows XP again because I don't have the drivers tools required after installing Windows 7. I am searching for them and will solve the problems and continue using Windows 7 permanently. Just try once and see how you feel after using Windows 7. It is super fast and the graphics is simply the best I am ever seen. I didn't believe at fast that Windows 7 is so much faster than the other windows operating systems.

for me if you should then updated to Windows 7, because it is much better than the view, I never liked, but I used to use it before the windows XP because the view was very upset with so many licenses and posters that will appear all the time.

I have a windows 7 in my laptop, its just a great software, comparing it to other windows version i've used, the most noticeable differences is the clearer picture, its a more tranquil eye relaxing screen for window 7, and there are other feature like, just pointing on the tab and it automatically show the page and when you remove the pointer you are directed to the original tab -easy navigation- and for anti virus and windows update, every thing is updated like everyday so there isn't much to worry about outside attacks. There are countless new things incorporated in windows 7 though i still use this desktop, it uses Windows SP2 and i am still waiting for it to breakdown its been stable on me for almost a year now. Its a go for windows 7

instead of asking this ask why keep windows XP you will find lot of answers, however windows xp is good at security but requires latest hardware upgrades and consume much energy so go with xp

Take XP's brilliance and compatibility and Vista's looks, and you get Windows 7.

Windows 7 has better performance, is more secure. With Vista your computer get slow, and crash a lot, with Windows 7 you can get the most of your hardware and experience more features and stability that Vista.

Yes, i would want to upgrade to windows 7. It is basically a more refined version of vista and the system has better performance compared to vista. My friends have upgraded and they tell it's become more smooth now. I want a change too, i would like to switch to windows 7 and i am looking forward to it soon. I think you won't get responses where anyone would say NOT to upgrade to windows 7.

Windows 7 is the best! It takes only minutes to start and to shut down...
