Getting a 360 give me some game ideas

So, After a long time of saving i am finally buying my own 360, used to play my old roomates all the time. So I need some ideas of some good games to get, PLEASE do not put MW2 because yeah it may be good but i think Bad Company 2 is better to be honest. But Yeah I like shooters and I like action games and RPG's as well. So let's here some suggestions.. by the way for the person who says Red Dead Redemption already buying it :D

Im not sure if this is on the xbox, but its on the ps3, rainbow 6 vegas, and vegas 2. Two very good fps games. Also, think about getting GTA liberty city, ive heard than its good on the xbox due to extended maps exclusive to xbox 360.

yeah I have heard that the Vegas games are really good a friend of mine has played them I may have to give them a try at the very least rent them as I will most likely get a gamefly sub.

Assasin's Creed I & II, and you might as well get III that is going to be coming out soon. Hmm, Grand Theft Auto IV, any of the need for speed games (I can't vouch for shift we haven't got it and one other I forget it's name)... UM any tom clancy game, any hitman game, any halo game (except for halo wars I think is the name it's just too... game boardish), any splinter cell game, and you know I am going to same Sims because I love the sims. I'd have to say my favorite is the Assasin's Creed Series.

Assassin's Creed 1 I have played and it was a pretty good game, kinda repetative but the exploration and all the stuff to find made it fun for me. I have heard good stuff about the second one, So i may give that a shot.. Probably wait on halo till reach comes out as I watched my buddy play the others and they seemed kinda boring. And i know u love the sims unfortunatly I do not :P

that's a really good decision and wise one too buying a 360 i think play station is not worth it. i too like bad company too i play it on my desktop. if you like action games then you should seriously consider ghost recon advanced war fighter a new version will be out soon it looks awesome. then no doubt buy a grand theft auto 4 :) this game is worth it.

I've heard Batman Arkham Asylum was good, and my brother likes the Call of Duty 4 game.

X360 was a good decision. I have one too. but dont use that too much time, take care of RROD (if u have jasper then you dont have to worry, but i am also heard stories about that too) i think you should play with Halo and Gears of War series. (Halo 3,ODST,Reach; GoW 1,2) Fable is a good serie too if u like funny rpg games
