The first thing I do in the morning is stretch on my bed, then when I get up, I get my medicine container and head straight down for breakfast. *LOL*
It's ok, it's only family members who see me. But if I dressed rather vulgarly for sleeping, I slip in to something less shocking.

First thing I do in the morning is go to the bathroom and brush my teeth, then I use the bathroom, then I do my hair and make-up and get dressed.

To be very frank the first thing i do is head towards my bathroom.
