I know this is not exactly kosher with the myLot staff, though I did not directly disclose how much I made. Just a note, I only have a couple of discussions that got replied to. I rarely reply to other peoples threads.
I was just wondering if you think earning $1 give or take for a newbie is good?
Please don't disclose your earnings amount. Just state whether it is good or not.

If you are happy with it then it is fine.
I checked in your profile and saw your started discussions (and there are more than a couple with responses) and I see that you have commented on some of the responses. If you had commented on all of them then it might have boosted your earnings further.
If you use the myLot search you will receive rewards which will add up too.
The important thing is not to think too much about the earnings but to have fun, then they look after themselves.

For the number beside your username, i would not expect much but you did a good job. 
Your responses make you earn. The more you type the more you earn, so comment back on all the responses and type as much as you can. It is going to nice, but don't type just because you want you. As Mysdianait said, have fun responding.. And you will find everything in place, you will earn plus you will have lot more fun. Just keep the earnings secondary. Good day.

I do love mylot and I do love typing. I love the sound of my keyboard banging when I am furiously typing out my response. I wish I could think straight and fast enough to hear my keyboard bang on continuously. It is like music to my ears when I do it. I agree it is all about trying to enjoy mylot not for the money but for the actual fun it brings and intellectual satisfaction you get when you actually have an intelligent conversation with someone.

hi hari thats excellent for a newcomer and from now on just keep posting responses, comments on our responses and also make some discussions but thini more about having fun and making great friendships fromn all over the world.I never give out how much I make when asked as its personal and none of any onte else's business. have fun , the earnings will mount you got a good start so keep at it. welcome to mylot.
