After the mortgage mess that has occurred at the beginning of the recession an interesting poll recently came out. A high percentage(at least higher then I would of expected)said they will now never choose to buy a home anymore. I would still choose to buy a home but not as easy as I would of if such a mortgage mess hadn't ever occurred. Plus considering the fact the drop in property value of the average homeowner.

I know that recession is still there, but once the recession is gone which I am hopeful that it will end sooner. Home property is the great invest for me and my idea once you have it. The market value will still gonna go up and higher. It can stay there for as long as you wanted. I know it will not depreciate.

in the united states the value has of property has actually been going down because so many homes have been foreclosed on. its not just the foreclosed homes i'm talking about but also the homes around the foreclosed homes that also go down in value. now many who are paying mortgages owe more on a home then what its worth. its kind of sad because there's so many foreclosed homes that I think it would be better for banks just go down on the price rather then kicking the people that are living there out.

hi if I had the money I would buy a home in a flash for this
is the best way to use your money, rent does not buy equity
and house payments do but only if I had the money, not going
to ever gamble again on being able to make pay ments when
we do not h ave enough money.

If I had the money to buy a house, I would do so. I don't think my husband or I would think much about that. It's something that we hope to be able to do at one point or another. Having a house is something that we want to work towards. It's more the affording it and buying it that is the problem. However, if we did have the money to buy one, I would buy a house without giving it much thought.
