What makes a difference in your life? A word? A story? A book? A friend? Your love? Your parents? Your bro or sis? A stranger?? There is always someone or something that one looks up to or wishes to be like. They think that that thing or person has made a huge difference in their life. Which one is yours and what difference has it made? Cheers!

Hmmm... Interesting question. Basically it's the people I hold dear who make a difference in my life. They motivate me and most of the time, they affect my decision-making. The world would have been so boring without them.

I think a word, a story or a book can make a difference for me. Words can cause me realizations and could change me. Same to a story or book.

Mine is the words in a story of a book.:) The words are EVERYTHING IS WRITTEN.These are words from the Book The Alchemist , which tells the story of a boy named Santiago. This is about pursuing one's dream and ambition. When I first read it,it did not mean a thing but as I went on reading it made sense. God did not write a sad story for us ,He wrote beautiful and happy story for our lives. He is sending us omens and speaks through our hearts so that we will find that way towards the fulfillment of that story. That is what Santiago did, he followed what he's heart is telling him and pursue his dreams . God lead Him throughout his journey. Santiago succeeded.:) That's what I am trying to hold on to right now. I wanna be Santiago and fulfill what is written for me.:)

i believe the basic thing is that you can't have been what you are without all of them, you did not had any knowledge without these words, you did not had moral without these story, you did not had experience of life without your friends, family or neighbor, SO FOR ME ALL ARE IMPORTANT

Hello RAVITEJA, It is very interesting to know that you have stared this discussion .There is always a fact which changes our life.I think it must be a friend who made some differences in my life.My best friends are the guys to whom I would like to talk freely. They have also encouraged me in various things. With their support, I was successful in my sports and education.I am happy to have the friends .I would like to spend my life with them during the weekends fully.

Very interesting question. Not a book but many books made differents in my life. I can remember one. That is an old religion book, which my grand mother read which state the loving heart of jesus christ. I can't remember the name of the book. i was only 13 when I read the book. I think that book formed my chractor. My school friend. she behaves like my grand mother. I was 15 or 16 when i had friendships with her. she also formed my chractor. she made me to learn English.
