During an upcoming birthay of a senior ophthalmologist, his students were thinking what kind of gift should be given to their teacher as a gift on his birthday. After thinking a lot, they came to a conclusion that if they could give a large model of an eye ball then their teacher might be very happy. So, in the birthday of their teacher and ophthalmologist, they came together with well dressed, wished their teacher and gifted the eye ball model to him. After receiving the gift the teacher neither smiled, nor overwhelmed. The student looked each others face and began to think that their teacher might be not happy by that gift. Soon after finishing the birthday party, the invitees started to go back to their home. At that time the students came slowly and asked their teacher that if he was happy with that gift or not. The teacher was sitting in a very simple manner. After he was asked by such question he took that eye ball model and inspected very slowly and looked at his students faces with a strange sight. Among one of his student asked with very low voice that was that gift not interesting to him? The teacher looked at all of them amazingly and said "By Gods grace I had been an ophthalmologist instead of a gynaecologist".
