We have been fooled by one of our employer in one of our online works as link checker. They day we have our training she told us( she is an INDIAN,sorry for the some Indians out there, one of your sister who have an ambitions to become rich, take advantage in us,but I am just referring to her not to all of you) she will pay us $.62 per hour, but after we done all the files she send to us,she computed our works for another rate. All of my co-workers are keep on complaining but she is not listening to us.Some of my co-workers did not receive their pay.I done 50 files but I am just being paid 30% of it.Too bad, this is my first employer online who did not pay me the rate of my work we agreed during the interview.Well,at least I done my job well for her,but she did not even replace it with what we agree. I reported her to the site where she is posting to hire some workers, thats the right thing for her.So to all who works online there,be sure to it that you will be paid according to the rate you agree during the interview. Godbless and happy mylotting to all.

could you please tell us what site it is and which site were you hired? There is a lot going on like this lately. In a trusted site I applied and bid on a project and this person gave me his email add and I emailed him and turns out that he wants me to pay 20 UK pounds for training costs! I did not push through with it because I thought that it was fraud.

Don't pay anything when you are ask to pay. They are scams. You will know that it's a scam when they tell you to talk in yahoo messenger.Employers who are true is they wanted to talk to you in skype for an interview, mostly scammers are from yahoo messenger.

Oh I'm sorry to hear that. I work online too. I try to check out the employer first if they really pay or if there are payment proofs already, other wise I don't pursue it. I know there's a lot of fake employers they just want you to do their job and either underpay you or don't pay you at all. Also, watch out for those who gives you tons of exams or tasks to do before they accept you because if it's too much or too good to be true, it is.

I'm sorry to hear about what happened. I'm sure you've learned something from the experience. Sometimes, we have to experience incidents like this to learn. Sadly, there are really people like this, most especially in the internet. I hope that won't happen again to you.

Elleb, that is such a sad thing to hear. I also work online. Your experience enlightened me to more cautious with my dealings and future dealings. I believe you have done all you can to ensure that everything was clear and understood. It was already that employer of yours who had the intent. Sometimes some people are just too greedy! Thanks for sharing your experience! I hope a lot will learn and will be forewarned. I hope your experience taught you to be stronger and wiser.

This is an Image of a Devil Woman - see her shadow - Image depicts a devil woman. See the tail in the shadow, satan's tail!
I'm sorry about your experience with that female. I am Indian and have seen such mentalities too, even here at mylot, but I dont want to divert from our purposes of being on mylot. What kind of work did you do for her? Whom did you report to? On which site are you working? That too, only $0.32 per hour!!! My god, that itself is low pay. All the best, God bless you guys. The picture alongside may represent the female who cheated you. You can see her shadow unable to hide the typical satanic tail!

Hello suryachalla(660) Thanks for the comment,I am not referring to all of your race, because one my employer who pays me better is also an Indian.Yes,the rate is too low,I work as a link checker in her company. We will not just mention her what is the name of her company and her website,I reported her to craigslist admin. She fooled us,she hired 20 workers and did not pay for the job done.Me I only pay 30% of the job I done for her.

You should post the link and warn other people online too. You should expose this site and the employer name on the website, or you can create a website to warn other people who might follow the same track. Those scamsters should not be tolerated. They should be burned alive. I just hate those con artists. They will get their karma someday.
