I hear that seafoods contain compounds that can actually increase libido.Some are mix with taboos,midwife tales and supertitions.how about real experience? Do your experience from any food that increase libido?

I haven't experienced any. Although, there's this food here in the Philippines called "balot". People say it increases your libido but i only ended up drinking red bull. Lol
