How much time should you and your boyfriend/girlfriend spend together a week?

Hey guys, Just curious to see what people say about this. Me and my girlfriend used to spend everyday together, and now with work and all that summer and that good fun, we spend like maybe 2-3 days a week maybe a few hours a day. But we text each other regularly. Is this normal or should be seeing each other more often? I am not sure, I am fine with where I am at now but also could spend more time. It doesn't bug me as much as it bugs her that we don't hangout a lot. What are your opinons

I suppose it depends on where you see your relationship going in the long-term. There are no hard and fast rules for a situation like this but it needs to be something that you are both happy with. I think the ability to text each other and contact each via the Internet can sometimes impact a relationship as well. Sometimes it is good but other times when you really need to see each other in person you shouldn't use it as a substitute for being there in person.
