an email from paypal !!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello all
last week i received an email from paypal that a member has signed up with paypal using a business account and i am eligible for merchant program for the same. When i got this email i was pleasantly surprised that I never advertised my referal link in the near past then how did i got this referal.
After some thinking i checked my blog and was surprised to see that I had a paypal banner on my blog that had my referal link. I was not really knowing that I had a referal link there in the banner.
I was pleasantly surprised on this and want to know that "had something similar ever happened to you, something you never expected and it brings joy to you out of nothing."

Congrats your lucky ,I don't have any idea about paypal referral program.This is quite useful for me.Let me check this and once again congrats to you.It is really very hard possibility to happen like this.

well hope the one you referred is active. but when i read about paypal's referral system, i think their is a limit on earning.

i have never heard about paypal referal thing before. Will have to check about that.I haven't been lucky enough to have something got unexpectedly before and i dont expect it to happen. but i will be happy if it happens :)

Although it sounds like this is great news, but since you say you did not put the banner nor applied for the account. How sure are you that this is legit.
I would be more apt to finding out if in fact this is true. I will give you and example, today I went to my PO box and received a $2800 dollar check, it looks for real and has my banks logo on it. Surely you do not believe I jumped with glee. Instead I took it to my bank because I knew it could be a hoax and sure enough it is a scam check that someone is passing off as my bank. This is a highly popular bank and can't imagine them just giving money away, especially the letter that came with it that I had to transfer $2500 back to a company.
These are things that make you go hmm.

I knew about this referral scheme but never cared to promote my banner on my blog or any where else.Good to know that you got one referral---as soon as they make transactions upto a particular threshold you would start earning a commision of it.great day.
