I'm a widow to Count Takeshi!

My partner is becoming literally obsessed with "Takeshi's Castle". He'll even re-watch episodes I know he's seen before! He watches it every evening on Challenge for an hour and if Ninja Warrior is on too, he'll watch that as well.
He just sits there for an hour every day laughing his head off and shouting at the television. I've never even seen anyone win this show. I'm not sure if anyone ever has!
He's driving me crazy!

Hiya Phaedra,
Let´s hope that he gets over it soon. Sooner or later he just might. That must be awful to have to put up with. I know how I felt when my Husband used to spend long hours on here. He was driving me up the Wall too.
Luckily the Novelty wore off by itself it was just the newness of everything and now he can´t even think of why he spent so many Hours on here in the first place.

No he was into other things it does not matter now but I did not understand altogether this thing he had with the Internet.
Actually I did not care much for the Internet when it started but look at me now.
I have only been on mylot about a year or so.

Mylot can be a bit addictive. I'm guilty of constantly refreshing to see if any one has responded to my discussions! Sadly I still have quite a few that no one ever responded to. I think I tend to pick obscure topics sometimes!

Haha! There was a time so many years ago, that I was also hooked into watchin takeshi's castle. It was really funny when it first came out. But, after a while, the novelty wore off, and I couldn't remember why I found that show funny.
So, just hold on. It's just a phase, and it will pass. And hopefully you won't be a widow to mr. takeshi anymore!

I know a lot of girls who've given up on a guy because computer games became their life.
My Mr. is restricted to playing his games when I'm out or asleep!
