Which website are you trying to post a referral link for? I'm not sure what your asking.. But whatever site it is, go to it, and find the section that says banners. Then copy the Html code that you want to use.

MyLot is not like other sites. They do not provide a HTML code for the banners.
To use the myLot banners:
- choose the one you like and save it to your computer
- upload to a site like www.photobucket.com where you will then be given a HTML code

Yea I wasn't sure if that's what they were asking or not. 
I have myspace so I know of a few websites to make banners, then you can link them to your referral link.. I think it's called mybannermaker.

You must say which sites you want to get the referal links. Because every site have another refferal links.
