I setup my sewing machine in the veranda last night and lighted all the lights. As I was finishing my daughter's project, I felt something strange. I hate this feeling because I got goosebumps all over my body. The air suddenly became cold and I heard a groaning sound. I rushed inside the house 'coz I can't take it anymore. My husband is making fun of me because he said that it was just my imagination. Imagination or not but I have only experienced it last night and I don't want to hear it anymore... Could it be a ghost?

OMG you’re sounding just like the Haunted episodes on Discovery channel! I don’t know if it was a ghost or not… most of the times we imagine things as I don’t think ghosts have been proved to exist. However, we cant deny the paranormal either… at least from what I see on TV, incidents do happen which have definite explanations if only we knew where to look for them.

Hi, kristeena. I think that it was a ghost! My husband never believes me either, when I mention to him about any ghosts at all. He will just think that I am imagining things. About three years ago, I was in my computer room and I heard heavy breathing. I turned around and there was no one there that was in the room with me. Just me and my breathing! I could also feel someone there in the room with me too. I never saw anyone though. This was very scary. So, I truly believe you, when you say that you have heard a groaning sound! This was no animal or human being! It was a ghost!

It could have been the neighborhood cat or a wild animal, but doubt it. I have an alarm and I keep it on when I go to bed. I do not know about ghosts, but it could be - space aliens?

I believe the mind is a powerful thing. It could very well be that it was so silent and you had the stress of completing this project that your mind wondered. Our minds are pronged to experience and swear we see things, on the other hand what is there to prove that something was not actually there.
