target retirement fund, is a good investment toward your retirement age?

Yesterday, I came across the Vanguard website, and saw this product of Target Retirement Fund, which you can put your 401k toward this retirement fund, and let the Vanguard management team manage this fund for you toward your retiring age on certain year. Their management on investing your money will be conservative, and the cost for them to manage it will be tiny. So, does anyone have any experience or have any idea on this target retirement fund?

hellow, mylotee person, man is whole age do work & some age after he tired & he wants to rest , its position called is retirement , its earned money & funds is main points his all needs & nesscesary thing depends the his funds .
