I would usually catch myself daydreaming often. I think I'm a daydreamer. i don't know about you but it makes me "happy" when I dream about what could be and what i want to. But I know that it will not be a reality if I don't do anything about it. Do you like to daydream? What do you daydream about?

You have not told us what you daydream about. Which is a little unfair as a starter. So, you go first.

I'm 47 years old and still daydream. I think daydreaming is more than just a thought process. You have to use your daydreams. Write about them. You can write stories about your daydreams. You can journal them if you want but writers always say 'write what you know'. That usually means something you have experienced in your life. But sometimes I write about what I daydream about, something I would like to happen (in fact my next novel is based on the premise of something I daydreamed up a long time ago). You have ideas, you have an imagination. Put them to use.

Hi dear, I have day and even night dreams. All is about how can I come out of my debts. All are happened in the absence of a proper dream and now trying to dream about something which is not able to resolve. Better to have a nice one which is 'practical' and try for it. If so, it is easier to come in practical. Regards, Thank-s

hi i daydream a lot too. i dream about marrying the love of my life, having beautiful kids, starting a small but happy family, and generally just living a prosperous yet simple contented life.. i like to daydream because it often reminds me of my goals in life, and keep me inspired to work hard towards it.. i read somewhere that daydreaming is actually good for you. it fights depression, because as you daydream, it gives you a sense of hope :)
