What's the best way to organize a surprise party for a sibling?

It'll be my sister's birthday next month and for years now, something that I have been trying to accomplish successfully and smoothly is a surprise party for her. I haven't been able to achieve it yet. This year, I want her to be really happy and surprised. What are some of the best plans and extraordinary ways to achieving a surprise party? How can I organize it? I'd be glad to hear from you mylotters! Thank you (^_^)

go to your best friend and ask that she start the list of people to attend and send out the invites,you just act as if you have forgotten about it this time,and tell her you are just going to take her to a movie for her birthday this year,and when the movie is over,just go home as normal,if your friend has done it right,she should walk into it with out any forwarned knowledge.
