what kind of site is that? what are the price of the referrals their? i think save for renting referrals and addition to it is their recycled payment. so that you can save them if the time runs out

Depends on the website you are signed up to.
If its just a new site or unpopular site, i suggest you dont rent referrals yet since most of it wouldnt be active and you will just be wasting your money for renting referrals on such site.
