The title of the hindi version of this movie is "U me Aur Hum" whih means you,me and we.I think the film is blindly copied from its english version but could not reproduce the same feel and emotion as the original version.Ator Ajay devagan directed this film in Hindi as his first directional debut.but failed to make it a sucess.Hope he could come up with much better projets in the future :)
50 first dates is als remade in Telugu(india) as "Satyabhama" starring Bhumika Chawla and Shivaji.even this film bombed at box office .. He he he

I'm sorry but I haven't seen the Hindi version of 50 First Dates that's why I'd be bias to say that the original is better than any other international version. Nothing can really compare to how good the original 50 First Dates movie is. It's just a hilarious story portrayed by one of my favorite comedian, Adam Sandler and one of my favorite actress, Drew Barrymore. It's love story has just an amazing twist. I love it.

I don't know which movie you are talking about, there is no remake of 50 first dates in hindi as of I know ..
f you are talking about U Me Aur Hum this movie is a remake of movie The Notebook ....
