I think those operators are just waste of time if want a real problem solved

From my opinion, and experience from many companies, such as utilities, satellite TV services, DSL services, even the debt collector agency I recently talk to, those numbers they gave you, if you have problem or issue, they would advice you to call those numbers. Once you have real problem, and pick your phone, you talk to those ignorant operators, and they can not really give you an answer at all. All they said just "no, no, no." Well, it is easy for them to get your money, but request them to help you solve any problem with their services, they are incapable of anything, until you really talk to the big guy on the top. What a frustrated experience with those customer no service.

You said it right kingparker, I utterly hate ignorant customer service rep. However from time to time I can get a really caring one that totally helps and cares about my issue. Those are the ones we need to commend!

I have to deal with this collector agency who overcharge on the previous payment. We both agreed that we don't have to pay interest, but on my previous payment, it charged almost $300 of it. I don't see what is that charge coming from, and I called the customer rep, she couldn't answer it either. I ask her if I can talk to someone else who knew, so she transfer my call to someone else, to the end, it was a voice message.
