Afraid you could get it?

Of course this is mostly for women(not that men cant get it) but are you afraid that one day you could get breast cancer? I am because i cant bare the thought of me getting treatment and might having to cut out my breasts I would feel less like a woman. Of course there are plastic surgeries but not everybody can afford them. What are your thoughts on this subject?
